Aureolin.Yoga offers online and mobile yoga classes, workshops, and digital wellness services. Payments for our services are securely processed through Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), a trusted third-party payment processor.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are located in Arizona, United States when participating in online classes, as our insurance coverage is currently limited to Arizona residents.

• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments

• All payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers; Stripe handles all payment information.
• By providing payment information, you authorize us and Stripe to charge for the services you purchase.
• Fees, refunds, and billing disputes follow Stripe's payment policies: https://stripe.com/legal.
• Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use our services for illegal purposes.
• Attempt to bypass security or interfere with the services.
• Submit fraudulent payment information or false data.

6. Insurance & Online Participation

• Our liability insurance currently covers services provided to Arizona residents only.
• By participating in online classes, you confirm that you are located in Arizona.
• Participants outside Arizona may join at their own risk. Aureolin.Yoga cannot guarantee coverage or liability protection for out-of-state participants until insurance is updated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, materials, and designs on Aureolin.Yoga are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Our services are provided "as-is" without warranties.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Stripe is responsible for processing and security; we are not liable for Stripe outages or errors.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maricopa County, Arizona, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona, United States.
